Buying bags in bulk in Bangladesh: a practical guide
· Bindu Editorial

What to ask a supplier, how to check quality before you commit, and the numbers that decide the deal.
Buying twenty bags is nothing like buying one. Here is the process we use ourselves.
Ask for the specification, not the photo
Material, lining, closure, hardware finish and dimensions in centimetres. A supplier who cannot supply this is reselling.
Order a sample first, always
Check the stitching density, the zip brand and whether the base holds weight. One sample costs less than a bad order.
Agree the defect policy in writing
A 2–3% defect allowance is normal. What matters is who pays the return freight.
Plan the lead time
Stocked items ship in days; made-to-order runs take 3–6 weeks. Build that into your launch date.
