Track my order

You can track the status of your order online at Bindu. Enter your order number, contact number or tracking ID to check the status of your most recent order and your order history. Click on the order number for the shipment you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. Please allow 3 - 15 business days from the time your order has been placed.

Order statuses:

Cancelled

Your order has been cancelled.

Order Placed

Your order is placed successfully and our customer service will confirm it within 24 hours.

Order Confirmed

Your order is confirmed and our warehouse is preparing it for shipping.

Order Shipped

Your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery.

Order Delivered

Your order has been delivered to the mentioned shipping address.
