Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it — by SMS, by phone, or by marking it confirmed in your account. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our courier network, or if a previous cash-on-delivery order from the same address was refused.

Product photography is representative. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and measurements are given with a small tolerance.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order and are added to the total.

Cash on delivery is available nationwide: you pay the courier in full when the parcel arrives. The courier will not leave a parcel unpaid and will not accept partial payment. Online payment methods are added over time; where a method is shown as coming soon it is not yet available.

If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without any charge.

Delivery

Inside Dhaka, delivery normally takes 3 - 5 working days. Outside Dhaka it takes 5 - 15 working days depending on the district and the courier's schedule. These are estimates, not guarantees; hartals, weather and courier backlogs can extend them.

You must provide a working phone number. Couriers make up to three delivery attempts; if all fail, the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled. Repeated refusals of cash-on-delivery parcels may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.

Cancellation

You can cancel from your account while the order still shows as Placed or Confirmed, or by calling us. Once an order is handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled — refuse the delivery instead, and it will be returned to us.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our exchange and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: 48 hours from delivery, unused and with tags.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for orders placed from your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraudulent orders or abuse of our staff.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed occasions caused by a courier delay.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of Bangladesh.

Governing law
